YSL (Yves Saint Laurent) launched “Champagne” in 1993, and later changed the name to “Yvresse” due to pressure from the Champagne-making industry. The fragrance is designed for women, and is truly divine. I fell in love with this scent when I first smelled it, and wore it for several years. My fickle, girlish heart flitted between Coco and Mademoisselle by Chanel, and Angel by Thierry Mugler. I love them ALL! I even have a soft-spot in me for simple Lavender EO. I recently rediscovered my YSL favorite, and I’m super-glad we “found each other” again. This fragrance is one of the awesome ones.
