Um, yeah. In reference to my first post of 2013, Earbuds and Floss, This is what we all want to avoid. Despite their inconvenience, the fact that our pocketses can make such Mysterious Knots is kind of awesome.

Farewell to 2012

It has been an amazing journey through 2012, and I’ve learned loads. I’ve also found there are so very many things I have yet to learn, but 2013 holds promise to that end. I turned 40 in 2012, and plan on hanging around at least until… I don’t really know. I have the Fat Lady bound and gagged in a trunk, so there’s no way she’ll be singing for me any time soon. Hope you all had great adventures this past year, and here’s to another year of more. There’s heaps to learn, see and share, so saying Farewell to 2012 whilst welcoming 2013 amongst friends is altogether awesome. Happy New Year!

Barbie for The Birds

I remember my Mom telling me how much the Alfred Hitchcock movie, The Birds (1963), creeped her out when she saw it in theaters. Birds don’t frighten me, least of all ravens or crows, but it would be unnerving to have them swooping at me to peck at my face. In addition to the movie being a great classic, this Barbie for The Birds is totally awesome.
